Refund Policy

Generally there is no refund on food. Occasionally there may be an issue which a customer may wish to request a full refund. This refund is at the discretion of the www.rubytakeaway.co.uk owner and the customer must first contact www.rubytakeaway.co.uk

Cancellations

You may cancel your order up to one hour before your selected delivery/collection time. If the delivery/collection time is less than one hour, the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please call us.

Please note:
Our opening hours may be subject to change, therefore please book in advance for a specified time.

Our policy in relation to any complaints is that the customer should make the complaint immediately upon discovering the issue, therefore any incorrect food will be collected and returned to the takeaway for an exchange or refund.

Please kindly note that we will not accept any complaints and provide a full refund related to the quality of food in which the customer has not yet consumed.
In addition, if the customer has consumed a significant proportion of the order and makes a complaint- for this a full refund may also be rejected.

We are sorry that we are unable to provide a full refund after the customer has simply changed their minds about the food after ordering.
